SHIPPING

Above The Clouds have a flat rate of $5.00 for all shipping within New Zealand and ships all purchases within 36 hours from order time. All orders placed before 6:00pm are shipped with Courier Post the following business day with an overnight delivery target for main centers and an estimate of 2-3 business days for rural areas. All our packages are tracked and a signature is required by default, if you wish to change the shipping option to a non-signature let us know. You will need to contact Courier Post directly in regards to any delays or non-delivery issues.

RETURN POLICY

Our products contain food-grade ingredients and we do not allow returns except for products damaged in transit. In case of damaged goods, please contact us at info@abovetheclouds.co.nz for a replacement.
